We specialise in a chunky style of solid ash furniture, with kitchen and oak tables that are 60mm thick. This gives a sturdy, hardwearing surface that retains all the beauty of the natural wood. We work in solid oak, pine and ash, each wood having its own distinct character:

• Oak

Oak has a robust grain with a natural pinkish-red colour. A dense hardwood, oak is very durable.

• Pine

The classic domestic softwood, pine is equally well suited to indoor and outdoor use. Pine can also be painted and stained to great effect.

• Ash

A coarsely grained wood, ash has a very pale natural colour. The grain is very consistent, almost like a pattern and shows through even when oiled. As a dense hardwood, ash is very durable.
